  1. Introduction

Welcome to the AutoPearls.com (AP Store). The use of the AP Store is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order to the AP Store indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. AutoPearls.com reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

  1. Payment

Payment is required at the time of purchase and placement of your order. Payment is charged/debited at the end of the complete check-out process. You will not be charged prior to the final step, and can choose not to proceed at any time before payment is taken. AutoPearls.com accepts payment via PayPal. You must comply with the applicable T&Cs of these providers. Please contact info@autopearls.com if you have any questions about invoicing and payment for goods.

  1. Shipping

Most orders will ship out within two days of ordering. Your order will be shipped Standard service unless otherwise indicated. Once shipped, orders are generally received within 5-10 business days. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order is delivered as quickly as possible, AutoPearls.com cannot be held responsible for delays incurred by third party postage or freight providers.

  1. Returns and Exchanges

We will happily exchange or refund your item, provided the item and it’s packaging are returned to AutoPearls.com within 14 days of purchase. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

You are responsible for the costs of returning goods to us and any goods returned are your responsibility until they reach our offices. Please ensure you package your return to prevent any damage to the goods or boxes. We recommend you use a postal service that enables you to track the goods you are returning.

If you have would like to exchange for a different size or color, please email info@autopearls.com stating your order number and the exchange preference prior to returning the item.

If you would like a refund, please email info@autopearls.com stating your order number and brief explanation of refund required. A refund will be made when the goods are received by AutoPearls.com in the original condition.

If goods are faulty, please info@autopearls.com stating your order number and brief explanation as to the problem with the item. We will send you a Prepaid Postage bag to return the item in and once it has been received we will either refund the cost of the item paid at purchase including postage, or send you a replacement if the stock is available.

  1. Pricing and Availability

AutoPearls.com try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on the AP Store are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.

  1. Privacy Policy

Our privacy policy, which sets out how we will use your personal information, can be found at Privacy Policy. By using this AP Store, you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, and warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

  1. Order Confirmation

When you place an order, you will receive an acknowledgement e-mail confirming receipt of your order. This email will only be an acknowledgement and will not constitute acceptance of your order. A contract between us for the purchase of the goods will not be formed until your payment has been approved and our billing agent has debited your credit or debit card.

  1. Registration

Where you register for the AP Store the stated terms and conditions apply. You must provide us with true and accurate registration information. You must keep any user name and password allocated to you confidential, and we are entitled to assume that anyone using that user name and password is you.

By placing an order with us, the buyer agrees to accept full responsibility for the outcome of any project that he or she undertakes using our products, and that proper use of our products will be determined by Autopearls.com in the event that there is a conflict between the user of Autopearls.com’s products and Autopearls.com.
  2. Autopearls.com will not be held responsible for the longevity of any coatings that are applied using its products, nor is it implied that any warranty will be provided regarding the longevity of any of Autopearls.com‘s products.
